We're looking for an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the financial operations of the firm. You'll oversee financial management and accounting, manage client and office accounts in line with legal accounting regulations, and provide strategic financial insight to the partners.
Key responsibilities include: Managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, VAT returns, tax compliance, payroll, billing and credit control, and liaison with external auditors and financial advisors.
What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Head of Accounts, Finance Manager or Senior Accountant. Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable. A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) is preferred, alongside strong knowledge of legal accounting rules and compliance requirements.

We're looking for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant to support our conveyancing team across residential and commercial property transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a busy, friendly legal team.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting fee earners with administrative and legal tasks, opening files, conducting AML checks, ordering searches, drafting basic correspondence, liaising with clients and third parties, and assisting with post-completion work, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
What we're looking for: Previous experience in a legal assistant or conveyancing support role is preferred. Knowledge of AML procedures and Land Registry processes is desirable. A legal qualification or relevant legal studies is beneficial but not essential — attitude and organisational ability matter just as much.
