Conveyancer - Cardiff | Full-time | Conveyancing

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a full caseload of residential or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll be working alongside a team that prides itself on genuine client care, clear communication, and getting deals done.


Key responsibilities include: Handling freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing matters, conducting title checks, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation, managing exchange and completion, SDLT submissions and Land Registry registration.


What we're looking for: Strong knowledge of residential or commercial conveyancing, land law and property transactions. Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor preferred but not essential. Experience managing a full caseload independently is key.

Receptionist - Cardiff | Full-time | Reports to Operations Executive

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to provide a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, provide a high standard of client service, and assist the Operations Executive and wider team with general administrative duties.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Deal with general enquiries and ensure messages are accurately recorded and passed on promptly.
  • Prepare and draft client quotations in accordance with company procedures and fee structures.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Arrange outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries as required.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Assist with scanning, printing, photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure documents are stored appropriately.
  • Assist with ordering and monitoring office supplies and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Support colleagues with general administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling client, staff, and company information.
  • Identify and escalate any operational or client-related issues to the Operations Executive where appropriate.
  • Provide a consistently professional and high standard of client service.


Skills & Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or front-of-house role is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a professional services or legal environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using office and computer systems.
  • Professional, reliable, approachable, and well presented.
  • Strong client and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and identify what needs to be done.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with busy periods or challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail when preparing client quotations and administrative documents.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
