Dispute Resolution and Business Law

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has been a partner and director of Hek Jones since its creation in 2006. Andrew specialises in dispute resolution and business law and provides contract and commercial advice to numerous clients. He also specialises in landlord and tenant law, advising landlords and managing agents across the UK. Andrew has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals and conducts much of his own advocacy in the County Court. Andrew also sits on the council of the Cardiff and District Law Society.

ALEXANdra JENKINS

Director

Alexandra joined Hek Jones as a Director in January 2020 having previously worked at another South Wales Law firm where she managed a large conveyancing team and conducted a broad range of complex residential property transactions.


Alexandra was admitted onto the roll of Solicitors in January 2010 and has over 15 years' experience in property specialising in complex residential conveyancing.


Alexandra has a great work ethic and prides herself on her commitment to her clients and team alike. This is demonstrated by her following and reputation throughout the profession.

Heidi Morse 

Director

Heidi is a Chartered Legal Executive with 20 years’ experience in all matters of residential conveyancing over a wide range of transactions.


She joined the firm in June 2016 having previously worked for a large national conveyancing company where she gained valuable experience in many complex matters including the sale and purchases of leasehold and new-build properties. She always aims to give the best service possible and appreciates a key element of this is communication.
