WILLS
It is advisable to have a Will in place irrespective of the amount of your assets and it is a known fact that a huge percentage of people in England and Wales die without a Will in place and as a result of this, the Intestacy Act 1835, will determine how your assets are distributed, suffice to say, that an individual who dies without having made a Will may not necessarily leave their assets to those whom they would have wished to benefit.
Making a Will is the only way to ensure your wishes are made clear and legally binding.
Here at Hek Jones we can offer specialist advice from estate planning to basic guardianship instructions and can usually draft a Will within days providing a fast and efficient service.
