We appreciate that recovering company debts is a huge drain on company resources. Not only does it affect cash flow, but it takes up a considerable amount of management time. We offer a cost-effective service for assisting companies in recovering outstanding money from customers. Costs are fixed fee, depending on the amount to be recovered, with no hidden charges.

Agency and Advocacy

We also offer a full agency service at a competitive rate. We can provide experienced advocates to cover County Courts and Tribunals in the South Wales area. In addition we provide a fixed-fee service for issuing documents at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre.
