Residential Property 

• Our costs are fixed and based on the price of the property you are buying or selling.

• If your transaction falls through at any time you will not have to pay our fees and will only be liable for any 3rd party disbursements that may have been incurred.

• We do not charge additional ‘hidden’ costs, such as extra fees for acting on behalf of a lender, or completing SDLT forms that many other firms charge for.

Commercial Costs
